SHIPPING
- Standard parcel post : metro 3 - 6 business days, regional 4 - 13 business days.
- Express post : metro 1 - 3 business days, regional 2 - 5 business days.
All crystals purchased from Crystal Rose are packed with love & care and shipped from our Byron Bay head quarters.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email to your inbox, please check your junk mail folder. If you don't receive one within 24 hours, please let us know.
Please allow up to 2 - 3 days for processing and dispatch. This doesn't include transit time.
If a parcel goes missing while on it's way to you please let us know. We really don't like missing parcels and we will do everything we can to find it.
If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to arrange the shipping of your item again, at an additional cost to you.
- incorrect/incomplete address
- Return to sender
- failure to pick up from your local post office
We are happy to give you a store credit (minus shipping) if you do not wish the item/s to be resent.
All items purchased from Crystal Rose are carefully packed with love and care, so we certainly hope you never receive a damaged item.
If on the rare occasion this does occur, please notify us at hello@crystalrosebyronbay.com.
We will provide a replacement of the same or similar item. If a similar item is not available, we will provide one to equal value or a store credit.
All order discrepancies such as damaged and/or missing items must be brought to our attention within 14 days of you receiving your order.
