Returns + Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is very important to Crystal Rose, as we strive to ensure our customers are always happy & fulfilled. If you receive your purchases & are dissatisfied, please email us hello@crystalrosebyronbay.com and we can work together in resolving the situation
When choosing your crystals it’s important to remember that as all crystals are unique and one of a kind, there will be slight variations between them all. Many contain natural cracks and lines called inclusions making each beautiful in its own special way. Trust that the crystal has come to you for a purpose.
If you are finding it challenging to connect and resonate with the energies of your crystal we recommend that you cleanse your crystal and charge it with your intentions, then see how it feels.
Exchange Items:
We are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
We will provide a returns form to be filled out and you will be required to return the products in a safe and secure manner (like how you received them) using a trackable shipping method, with tracking provided to us.
Upon Crystal Rose receiving the item, we will process your return excluding any shipping costs, and you will be liable for shipping cost of the replacement to be sent out. Alternatively, once received, we can provide a store credit for the item only (not return shipping costs).
All exchanges must be done via email and post.
Damaged Items:
All items purchased from Crystal Rose Byron Bay are carefully packed with love and care, so we certainly hope you never receive a damaged item
If on the rare occasion this does occur, please notify us at hello@crystalrosebyronbay.com.
We will provide a replacement of the same or similar item. If a similar item is not available, we will provide one to equal value or a store credit.
All order discrepancies such as damaged and/or missing items must be brought to our attention within 14 days of you receiving your order.
